Save the Country in 2022

As we enter the year 2022 America seems to be in big trouble. It doesn't matter whether you are liberal, conservative, Republican, Democrat or Independent. It doesn't matter if you are woke or asleep. We are in search of a nation. We seem to have lost our bearings. The things that once provided glue now only provide a slippery slope. We have descended into a tribalism that can only spell disaster for a modern state like ours. Many years ago I predicted right in this column that for many in our country bringing the third world to America was a sought after goal. For many it was the right reason; poverty, starvation, war, famine and disease, which have plagued man from the beginning. For others it was the wrong reason. They thought life was too good for Americans. We must be made to pay dearly for our success. Is that where we are now? Have a portion of Americans come to dislike our country so much that they would rather destroy it than share in its benefits. America did not become a great country by accident, It became great because of the actions our leadership. While we were far perfect we sought the fair ending. That does not mean there is no evil. There are those that hate our country for all the wrong reasons and there are many that love it for the same wrong reasons. Many Americans feel we are at a crossroads so this year I will start a new website called "savethecountry2022.com" totally dedicated to help bring our country back from what many call the brink of doom. I will just call it it a hiatus from common sense. From now until the the 2022 elections we will focus on ten issues vital to our nation's survival. Cavuto Shills For A Killer

After listening to Neil Cavuto shill for the NIH and the criminal Dr. Anthony Fauci I can no longer remain silent on the Covid Vaccination issue. First the Covid vaccine and its booster shots are not really a vaccine, they are merely a prophylactic if we are lucky, as vaccinated individuals are being re-infected. A vaccine like the ones that eradicated small pox or cured polio cured them. The Covid vaccine does not. So lets us start by being clear. My personal view is that as a compromised individual due to age and previous surgeries I am fully vaccinated. However Covid is more than a virus and it is time to call it what it is. It is germ warfare, which is technically illegal but the United Nations and the so-called World Court at the Hague have been silent. The NIH, with the technical and financial assistance of the criminal Dr. Anthony Fauci spent several years in Wuhan, China, doing what he dared not do in the United States.  Create a germ in the form of a virus designed to kill. There is little doubt that his double-speak and backtracking in the name of science has been little more than a coverup for his complicity in the murder of millions. It is notable that in his 40 years of service at the NIH  he  has never developed a cure for any disease he studied. His only really success was the unleashing of Covid and who knows what other germs he funded with taxpayer funds. Like so many people in our government Fauci will not be called to account for his actions so he will go to hell with the deaths of millions on his soul. We know the truth it is time to act. 

Election Day Should Be National Holiday

In November of 2018, I wrote this:

Florida, Georgia and Arizona are the perfect examples for proposing an end to early voting, absentee ballots and voter ID and encouraging the upgrading of Election Day to a National Holiday with all voting taking place on that day. Over the past decade early voting, provisional ballots, absentee ballots have led the way in encouraging voter fraud. The phrase “all votes must be counted” has become code (a dogwhistle, if you will) for voter fraud. In close elections lost ballot boxes are found often containing a statistically impossible number of votes for one candidate. These election-stealing practices must end if our Representative Republic is to continue. For those that say there are too many National Holidays already I say pair Election Day with Veterans Day, they are just a week apart anyway. America needs an honest, coherent voting system that can be trusted to give an honest count on Election Day.

As we approach this year's important election facing the mail-in ballot issue, the confused vote counting in single congressional district still undecided in NY, with more than 20,000 ballots rejected on time/day stamps alone, its clear that we must end dishonest voting of all types. While the need for absentee ballots has always been legitimate the mass mailing of blank ballots is an open invitation to fraud. You may argue they will all be found but at what cost? It is important that we know the results of an Election on Election Day. Quick results eliminates post attempts at fraud and of course voting in person is clearly what the Founding Fathers intended. Last week at the John Lewis funeral President Obama agreed. He and I agree on little, but making Election Day a National Holiday is one of them. I have always thought that it is not a National  Holiday because people in power want fewer people to vote. Do not be mislead by the "every vote must be counted" mantra. It's a lie. A National Election Day would provide the entire day for voting and there is no one in America more than a day's travel from a polling place. Lets do it, Mr. President, and Congress. America needs an honest count. 

The Democrats and Professional Protestors

The continuing effort by professional “protestors” like AntiFa and Black Lives Matter to damage America’s economy by over-running primarily Democrat-run cities is truly scandalous. Police are made to stand down in the face of aggressive agitation, physical attack, property damage and the commission of crimes including assault, rape, robbery, burglary and in some cases murder. The failure of many of these mayors to take back their streets by letting the police do their job points to a very scary conclusion. These mayors and those over-running their cities are in league with each other. What’s worse is that the entire Democrat establishment, which includes the Congress, it’s “think tank” organizations, the media, colleges and universities, and a good portion of the Federal Bureaucracy are with them as well. Even if President Trump is able to get Covid-19 and the rioting under control, which is unlikely because the last thing Democrats want is any kind of victory for him, it seems they would rather see the country in turmoil.  We are seeing fires in our streets, property destruction, our citizens in danger and residents of minority communities enduring the biggest crime wave seen in years.  Everyday we are inundated with video of drive-by shootings, rioting, looting, assaults on police, the destruction of property including homes,  businesses, federal and state buildings and monuments to our history, however scarred. Americans have seen enough. They want something done. Democrat Mayors and their State and Congressional counterparts must act to end this orchestrated violence and crime. In October 2018,  I wrote a column for this page that called out the Democrat strategy for that election: Vote for us or we will hurt you. (I called it Electoral Blackmail) They weren’t lying then and they aren’t now. The Democrats have taken that mantra to a new level with these well-organized and well-financed groups disguising themselves as protestors yet equipped with weapons good enough to fight off and successfully battle with police. Remember, anyone who will assault, set on fire or kill a police officer would not even hesitate to kill you. It is time to shut it down one way or the other.

The Cancel Culture Will Be Cancelled

There is a movement afoot in our country to tear the fabric of our history from its foundation and erase both the failures and successes of our past. It is not pretty. The destruction of historic monuments, name-changes that fit in with contemporary times, the erasure of historic murals and paintings, and the hiding of the past as though they are today’s sins. For most Americans these things have served as reminders of what our nation has done to achieve its greatness. Most Americans do not need statues or monuments to remind us of the Revolutionary or Civil War. Most Americans rejected the tyrannical rule of George III, and reveled in Lincoln’s victory and the ending of slavery as a legal institution in America. Of course, there were those for whom these events were sorrowful. England had its loyalists and so too did the Civil War, with Democrats leading the way to segregation, Jim Crow, the KKK and other obstacles to keep a pseudo-slavery in place. It was almost 100 years before the 1965 Voting Rights Bill was passed, which eliminated all barriers, except citizenship, to voting. Without delving into a justification for every monument, painting, mural, building name and song, we should just come to terms and let history stand unaltered and focus on the kind of history we are making now. We must ask ourselves if we want a country in flames devoid of peaceful co-existence, or would we rather work to resolve our outstanding issues? Would we rather come to terms with our glorious, although sometimes tarnished, history or trade it in for some sterile dystopia where our past is forgotten and we fail to learn the lessons of history. The Pugh survey indicated there were 17,000 protestors nationwide in a recent poll. This amounts to .00005 (five 100,000ths, of one percent) of the population making mostly uninformed decisions for the rest of us. Our historic monuments recall the good and bad of our country’s history, from our first colony to our latest burning city. We cannot let the “Cancel Culture” hide or erase our historic past. We must strive to create a current history. One that reflects our desire for greatness, not destruction and revenge. One that says we take pride in what we are doing to make society better now. The past is done and cannot be cancelled, only learned from.

Democrat Senators Kill Police Reform

The Democrats in the Senate stood in lockstep today to deny the full Senate the opportunity to debate the newly introduced Police Reform Bill, which would outlaw the choke hold in most cases, require intensified vetting for police recruits and encourage closer examination in cases where police brutality or other mishandling of suspects is seemingly evident. This was a procedural vote to bring the bill up for debate. Amendments can be offered by Senators from both sides of the Aisle. Democrats could have fought for tougher regulations if it “doesn’t go far enough;” as Senator Chuck Schumer charged. Instead the Democrats chose to prevent debate or any discussion that could lead to a successful outcome for President Trump because for them political power is more important than any constituency black, white or otherwise. They would rather see the nation burn if they can’t be in power. If your in the mainstream, or even on the political fringes you better think this one over. They would not move to save a single minority life if it meant a victory for Donald Trump. 

The Stealth Presidency of Nancy Pelosi

If Joe Biden wins the Presidency and the Democrats keep the House, Nancy Pelosi will be the de facto President of the United States. She has proven she is tougher and smarter than any of the Democrat candidates for either office. She has shown the guts to challenge the President and force policy into law even if it’s bad for the country. The only restraining bolt will be the GOP Senate. As a voter you must ask yourself if you are okay with her views and goals. Her trajectory towards the Presidency began the day Donald Trump was elected. She has stated on many occasions she has sought to remove him from the beginning of his term. She had hoped for a Hillary victory. Like many of her liberal allies this wealthy, TV celebrity Donald Trump was too crass, vulgar and un-corruptible for the Washington crowd and he could not be allowed to rock the status-quo ship of state. It is unlikely that Pelosi could run as a Presidential candidate and win, but she is shrewd enough to know if the Democrats can defeat Donald J. Trump she will be President of the United States. 

Ending Undercover Operations and Entrapment

New York’s decision to disband it’s under cover anti-crime unit may well put its police force in greater harmony with its citizens of all races. If we could get all of law enforcement to rid itself of undercover operations the giant rift between citizens and police could heal itself. Why, you ask. I’ll tell you. The biggest problem with undercover units is entrapment. Give it some thought. Think of individuals arrested by an undercover cop who pretended to be drunk on a subway platform and enticed an attack because one or more individuals saw an opportunity for a fast buck. Or what about FBI undercover agents who find Islamic radicals in a mosque or Facebook and offer them the opportunity to obtain weapons, bombs, bomb-making material, etc. When the goods are delivered and a plan is devised they arrest them all. In both cases people are convicted and put in prison and at the same time the public is denied the presence of a cop on the street, or in the case of an FBI, a lawyer working on cases, not creating crimes through entrapment. Very often undercover work involves helping criminals achieve their goals through the use of confiscated goods or taxpayer money. Giving people an enticing opportunity to make a lot of money or achieve some otherwise unrealistic goal is basically unfair and that is why undercover operations and the entrapment that is an integral part of it must end. Eliminating undercover operations is only one aspect of police reform and the end of racism at all levels of law enforcement. The greatest power of law enforcement is the use of  “lethal force.” Men or women who use that power for racist ends must never be permitted to wear the badge that authorizes lethal force. The only way to eliminate racist police is one at a time. They must be found, fired and imprisoned if their guilt can be established. 

It's Time For S Word 2.0.

This piece appeared last year and in view of the newly emerging investigations it is time to resurrect it for the upcoming purge of corrupt FBI, CIA, Justice Department and State Department officials as well as the many Trump Administration officials working to stall and sabotage the President's agenda. 

And that S word is sedition. It is being practiced by individuals in the FBI, the Justice Department, State Governors, Big City Mayors, Attorney’s Generals in some states, as well as many individuals in the Democrat Party and the former Obama Administration. Sedition is defined as the “incitement of resistance or insurrection against lawful authority.” We see it happening every day and we are learning it has been happening since President Trump entered the race in 2016. We have learned the Democrat Party paid for an unverifiable Dossier on Trump, which was passed off and accepted as serious intelligence by the FBI. The FBI then used it to get a FISA warrant to intercept communication between Trump campaign officials and possibly Trump himself and gave that information to individuals in the Obama Administration to use in the Democrat effort to defeat Trump in the 2016 Presidential Campaign. This effort to alter the outcome of the 2016 election continues in the form of “resistance.” The House Intelligence Memo by Rep. Dennis Nunez exposes much of the Executive Branch members of this seditious resistance. Some big city Democrat Mayors and Blue State Governors are ignoring immigration laws, the AG of California is threatening to prosecute any employer in the state who assists ICE, and many cities and states are declaring themselves sanctuaries for illegal immigrants and drugs deemed illegal by federal law. These activities meet the definition of sedition  and it is time for good men to act to curtail and end this unlawful resistance and attempt at insurrection.

The Mueller Report Coverup

It is the opinion of the Democrats and the media that the failure of Robert Mueller to indict the President is a mistake that will be rectified by numerous investigation in The House and district attorneys in the Southern District of NY. However there is another reason why Mueller did not indict the President  beyond his innocence; A trial of any kind opens up the discovery process and that is what Mueller and the "swamp" fear the most. As it currently stands Mueller has indicted 36 people. Consider there are actually only a few convictions which were all accomplished by guilty pleas to avoid a trial, noteably Manafort and Papadopolous, therefore no trial and no discovery. The other notables, including General Flynn, who now has the option to withdraw his plea in June, Jerome Corsi and Roger Stone who will not plead out and force Mueller to prove his case. It is obvious at this point those cases will all be dropped as there is no longer a Mueller Team to carry on. The point is that indictments mean nothing. They are merely the one-sided view of a prosecuting attorney. So by exoneration the President, Mueller is able to bury the bad behavior of the FBI and Justice Department. He is able to avoid having to provide evidence to the defense and proof for of the accusations. He is able to cover up the behavior of James Comey, John  Brennan, James Clapper, Fusion GPS, The Hillary Clinton Campaign, the Democratic National Committee and members of the Obama Administration, perhaps Obama himself, in their efforts to sabotage both the election and Presidency of Donald Trump. Mueller should not be let off the hook so easily. Release the report and declassify all relevant data and really let Americans know what has been going on.

Trump Should Provide Funding For Federal Employees

President Trump is engaged in a life and death battle with the Democrats and he must win. Not because failure puts his Presidency at risk, but because the nation is in danger of virtual collapse with no borders, no culture and a completely bankrupt political system. One way for him to win is to set up a fund to permit furloughed employees to draw money equal to their salaries interest free until the budget impasse is resolved. If Obama could find $1.5 billion for Iran, Trump can find the money to create this fund. I can’t wait to see a judge selected by Democrats approve the injunction Pelosi and Schumer will file. Trump must win and get more money for border security because if he doesn’t there will never be someone not in “the club” elected again.

The End of Non-Violent Felons

As States move to legalize marijuana many criminals charged with assault, burglary, theft, drug dealing and other related crimes will be faced with the prospect of facing their charge and unable to plead down to a non-violent offense like drug possession. This has always been an easy out for criminals charged with violent crimes, and prosecutors looking for wins rather than protecting the public. Up to now those charged with violent crimes have always been able to plead down to marijuana or drug possession and earn the title non-violent offender, which reduces their sentence and increases their  chances of early parole. It is this sentencing model that gives rise to the idea of our prisons being filled with “non-violent drug offenders” when in fact they have pleaded down from more serious crimes like assault, burglary, theft, high-level dealing, robbery and even attempted murder. So despite the inherent danger in legalizing marijuana, it may in fact dispel the “non-violent” offender myth and result in more convictions with longer sentences for convicted felons.

As Election Day 2018 approaches voters need to think about what has happened since Donald Trump was elected President. He has exposed a bureaucracy rife with corruption in almost every department, especially the FBI, CIA and the Department of Justice. Project Veritas has produced video of federal employees freely admitting to slow walking the President’s agenda and doing volunteer work for political organizations on federal time. He has exposed a Congress that has proved over and over again it is incapable or uninterested in policies that help Americans. The policy successses that are helping to boost our economy, boosting America’s status on the world stage, and improving the life of Americans are his alone. He pushed them through an unwilling Congress by sheer force of will. Now most Republicans are with him, but it wasn’t always like that. Even now the outgoing speaker is snipping. President Trump is pushing policies that are free of lobbyist’s influence. Policies that are intended to help America preserve its status as a great nation. Policies intended to increase the wealth and health of everyday Americans. The President has exposed the collusion of the political parties, the media and the bureaucracy to get rich off the American taxpayer. Yea, he’s rough around the edges, but underneath that fighting exterior is a man who loves America. He can’t be bought, bribed or embarrassed into making decisions bad for the country. If the corruption in the federal government is plain to you now, just think that without Donald J.Trump you wouldn’t even know about it. That alone is enough of a reason to vote to help Republicans maintain control of Congress.

Electoral Blackmail: The New Democrat Strategy

As the Democrat dream of a “blue wave” begins to collapse and their mob behavior against conservatives reaches new highs the Democrats have embarked on a new strategy; If we don’t elect them to a majority they promise to be more violent, more partisan, more angry and continue the harassment and assault on conservatives and our values. This week Hillary Clinton said “you cannot be civil with a party that wants to destroy what you stand for...if we are fortunate enough to win the House and Senate that is when civility can start again.”  Eric Holder, paraphrasing Michelle Obama said “when they go low, we kick em.” Add to this the actions of paid protestors indiscriminately attacking and harassing people, the incitement to this behavior by Democrat members of Congress and you have the ingredients for an insurrection. That is the Democrat promise. Elect us or the violence will continue. It is nothing more than a new fear tactic being trottted out in this cycle. Racism, sexism, homophobia and Roe v Wade no longer work so it’s time for Electoral Blackmail; elect us or we will hurt you.

Defending Cavanaugh

Judge Brett Cavanaugh has finally been confirmed to the Supreme Court and hereafter will be called Justice Cavanaugh. Despite every effort by the Democrats to derail his confirmation, make him withdraw from the process or otherwise tarnish his reputation he will be on the Supreme Court. To say he was dragged through the mud would be an understatement. To say Democrats broke every rule in the nomination protocol would be another understatement. They attacked Cavanaugh viciously throughout hearings until the accusations became too much to bear and he gave them a taste of their own medicine in defense. The media attacked him with false stories, political cartoons and esteemed panels of experts and accusers alledging he was a gang rapist, a drunk, had bad temperament and was so hideous he should not be able to coach girls basketball, something he has been doing for years, or even remain in his current position as a judge. Fortunately for America none of this worked. There will be more crying and gnashing of teeth by Democrats, their anti-Cavanaugh cadre, and the media, but they are getting what they deserve. There will be no asterisk, no impeachment and any additional orchestrated accusations will be exposed for what they are. Hopefully those that rendered false accusations, conspired to derail Cavanaugh and committed conspiracy and perjury to do it will pay, or else it will continue. An example of these people must be made in order to restore order to the process.

Democrats Mid-Term Election Assault

There is a lot of noise out there this week. There is the Christine Ford charade in the Senate, which is augmented by new allegations published in The New Yorker, all which have so far been refuted or are  unprovable. Add that to the FBI, DOJ de-classification of documents by the President and resulting leaks that simply verify what many have been saying: Intelligence services have been engaged in a deliberate attempt to destroy Donald Trump’s Presidency. And further, add to this the constant building of the “blue wave” narrative by the Democrats, and their media allies. The use of polls that interview 10-13 percent more Democrats than Republicans gives the media the results it wants. By calling the victory before Election Day, the Democrats are hoping people want to run with the winner more than live up to their principles. These are the ingredients of the Democrat assault on the President and the Republican House and Senate. The Democrats realize that if they do not win in November it’s over until 2024. They do not have a candidate who can beat Trump in 2020 and without impeachment or the deep state to do the dirty work of savaging the President they cannot prevent the swamp from being drained, the bleeding of minorities from their party and the recognition by the American people that the Democrat goal is power at any price. It does not matter who is slandered, how many lies it takes, how much division is fomented, the Democrats need power to exert control over you, me and anyone else in America. Without the Presidency, House, Senate or a liberal majority on The Supreme Court, the Democrats cannot implement the legislation required to control your life through taxes, regulation, education and healthcare. The beauty of Election Day is we get to choose. Trump’s battle with the Congress, the Deep State and media demonstrates that we, the citizens, can win this battle. When you vote pull the lever for the America you want to live in, not the one being falsely promised by the Democrat Party.

Woodward’s Book: What Does It Really Say?

Many Trump detractors find Bob Woodward’s new book exciting to read. It verifies all the things they have come to believe about Donald Trump: He is erratic, petulant, vindictive, dictatorial, a liar, a thief, a womanizer, a racist, sexist, homophobe and a xenophobe too. On top of that he is not smart or sophisticated enough to be President. He doesn’t understand the issues and must constantly be prevented from taking actions that could plunge America into war, depression, and worse. On the other hand a second view of the Woodward screed is that as President Donald Trump has relied on the expertise of many people in the Administrative bureaucracy. Many of them oppose his policies because they disrupt the system. His response has not been to fire them, but to hear and consider their points of view. If the White House seems chaotic it is because it is. The administration is barraged daily by bureaucrats, lobbyists, legislators and citizens trying to get a word in edgewise. In addition, this White House has the additional pressure of a rebelling bureaucracy, a special counsel, and a hostile press, all working as arms of the Democrat Party to impeach or remove the President from office. What Bob Woodward’ book really shows is that Donald J. Trump is fighting an out of control bureaucracy willing to do anything to take him out. In partnership with the media they attack him, his family, his allies and his supporters on a daily basis. They are trying to sabotage his agenda and resist the change he is trying to bring. Woodward’s book exposes the swampers and their attempt to compromise this President, and demonstrates that Trump is the right man at the right time; drain the swamp.

A Petition For Privacy

The latest “trumped” up scandal to try to destroy or at least cripple the Trump Presidency concerns the British firm Cambridge Analytics. They are accused (though they claim otherwise) of selling information and data to the Trump Presidential Campaign, as if this is some unusual act like necrophilia or something. Facebook was the first to complain, despite the fact that it opened the Facebook user base to the Presidential campaign of Barack Obama, which in part is credited with allowing the campaign to reach millions of new Millennial voters. However all that is a distraction from the real issue. Privacy is vanishing and by virtue of our inaction we are cooperating in its demise. Data about us is collected from our computers, telephones, jobs, credit bureaus, government agencies, organizations and clubs we participate in. Non-profit organizations sell our names, addresses, ages, salaries, employment data, income level and the list goes on. Even the Dept. of Motor Vehicles sells your information when you register your car or boat or trailer or truck and your driver’s license. Google and other apps track and record your every move, every store, every destination  throughout the day and sends to a central location where it is stored and sold. When you search for something on the web, stores selling that item start appearing in your browser. If you buy something the store or place you bought it from appears in your browser to sell you more. What is even worse is you can’t escape it without returning to the Stone Age. Did you ever try to close a Facebook account. It is almost impossible and even after you have succeeded, which can take months, they still keep your data. What about Google; they ain’t stupid. With a little work you can find out where all this monitoring activity takes place on your phone, however if you, for instance, turn off “location services” things like Google Maps or I-Phone’s  Find my Phone app wont work. I could go on for a long time on this but you get the idea. I hope that when the Congress looks into the collection and distribution of the personal data of individuals it decides that we need some protection from such intrusive activity. Privacy laws must be updated and people must have better options for opting out of what can only be called subversive and intrusive activity.

Look Out For Democrats in Republican Clothing

Everyone has heard the saying “a wolf in sheeps clothing,” and that is what we see in the Carter Lamb strategy of the 2018 Democrat Party. In the Pennsylvania Special Election Democrat Carter Lamb campaigned on supporting the Second Amendment, being Pro Life, supporting Trump’s tariff program and eschewing House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi. In other words he campaigned as a Conservative in a district President Trump took by 20 points and was until this election a safe Republican seat. The Democrat Party just wants to win any Republican seat. Whatever conservative notions Carter Lamb has will be exorcised the day he is sworn in. He will vote for gun control, support abortion, be against the President’s tax and tariff programs and support whatever Leader the Democrats put up, be it Pelosi or someone else. Carter Lamb’s talking points and campaign rhetoric fooled enough Republicans to win the election by a small and still contested margin of 601 votes. Hopefully enough voters paid attention and now understand the Democrat’s Carter Lamb strategy. Do not be fooled by Democrats in Republicans suits and dresses. Republicans must keep the House and Senate to move the Trump Agenda.
